I acknowledge that this permission is granted without limitation of time and without expectation of compensation. I also understand that NASA is not obligated to use my name, image, or voice, but if it chooses to do so, NASA may edit or modify the materials as needed. I waive the right to review or approve these materials either before or after they are distributed.
By submitting this form, I release NASA and its representatives from all claims and liabilities related to the use of the materials described above. I affirm that I am of legal age, have the authority to grant this permission, and will not revoke it at any time.
